{review} sapadilla soap co.

sapadilla soap co It should come as no surprise that cleaning is not my favourite thing to do. The idea of cleaning the house is about as appealing as babysitting a group of screaming toddlers on Saturday night.

pitch perfect
However, when I discovered Sapadilla Soap Co. from the Health Hut Boutique I didn’t suddenly love cleaning (don’t be crazy!), but I hated it a touch less.

Packaged in cute little bottles Sapadilla Soap Co. products are plant-based, biodegradable, nontoxic and use 100% pure essential oil aromas. The company also donates 1% of all revenues towards environmental causes, giving them an extra check-mark in my books.

I’ve spent the past couple of months testing out the All-Purpose Cleaner Grapefruit + Bergamot ($12), and the Dish Soap Rosemary + Peppermint ($8) and can honestly say they’ve given me a new perspective on cleaning.

They didn’t dry out my hands, I liked their energizing and uplifting scents, and they actually scrubbed dirt away pretty well. So, when it’s time for me to do my chores I cringe a little less when I have these guys nearby. But again, no, I haven’t suddenly started singing songs as I dust, mop and twirl around the house.

  • Is it weird that I actually like cleaning… I’m going to go sit in the corner now.

haha umm no that’s awesome. I wish I could channel some of that!

  • If you can believe it, these products ACTUALLY make me look forward to cleaning and not just hate it less. I know I sound crazy but its true! My apartment smells sooo fresh after, not synthetic and sterile!

umm I can’t. I literally can’t. Ok I can kinda of see it because of how awesome & natural they smell, but that’s as far as my mind can take it 😉

Lets clear out that supermarket aisle where those suffocating scents make you hold your breath and RUN, and replace it with good for us all cleaning products like these!!

haha it’s true. There’s literally no chance the aromas in these bottle will burn your nose hairs like other supermarket brands
