my signature christmas looks {tag} (or new year’s eve look!)

new years eve 2014 look

Happy New Year’s Eve blushers!

The spectacular Nath of Beautycalypse tagged me to create another signature look, this time for the holidays, (click here for my summer look), but embarrassingly enough time escaped me and now I’m turning this tag into my 2014 New Year’s Eve Signature Look.

I wanted my look to reflect most what 2014 symbolized to me and, as I stood staring at my makeup mountain, decided I wanted it to reflect the sparkle I wish for everyone’s life, the power of simplicity, and a boldness that serves as a testament to one’s ability to handle life’s impossible moments with grace and class.

So how does that translate into makeup?

Here you go!

happy new year from life in blush

As we all get set to say goodbye to 2014 and ring in 2015 I wish everyone a wonderful new year filled with light, love and of course tonnes of sparkle! I can’t wait to snap more pictures and do more reviews for all of you in the new year!

Now, on to the business of tagging other bloggers. With the holidays coming to a close I’d like to put a spin on the tag (with Nath’s permission!) and ask these ladies to show us what they think will become their signature go-to look for 2015.

Nath, give a shout out on the comments and I’ll set up the modified house rules!

  • Honey, go right ahead! 🙂
P.S. I am just about to publish a post about your look and the other participants’ looks.

  • This is such a gorgeous look, as always! I love how the shimmer is subdued but still sands out and brightens the eyes. And, I’m definitely adoring the dark lip pairing.

    • Thanks so much Megan!!! Happy New Year love! xoxo
