my morning’s

my morning starts with a drink of schizandra berry and spring water

Lately I’ve been starting my day with a glass of spring water (click here for an overview and sources) mixed with 1/2 tsp of organic, dried schizandra berries. Celebrated as a “youth tonic” and “beauty supplement”, schizandra berries help the skin maintain moisture while protecting it from environmental stresses, and as well over time it can also protect and reduce the number of unwanted wrinkles popping up outta nowhere.

But all of that all of that aside I love it for it’s complex marriage of sour, sweet, bitter and salty tastes. I can truly say I’ve never tasted anything like it in nature, which makes it all the more appealing (click here to learn more).

Blushers, how do you start your morning?

  • One paragraph from you and I’m ready to try ’em! The mix of flavors looks intriguing! How are you feeling while using it? Any noticeable differences? xo

I have to admit I have been feeling a lot better (more energized, focused), but because I’m taking a combo of things (pine pollen capsules, chaga tincture, elk antler tincture and alexis smart flower remedy) I can’t point to just one. They’re all helping me feel my best. Sarita, I think you’d find these supplements really interesting! here’s a link to read up on them: xo
